Adults

Have you tried traditional talk therapy and felt that maybe it was not as beneficial as it could have been? Would you like to try something different? Are you struggling to make a specific decision? Are you wanting to solve a particular problem? Do you want to recover from a recent or past set-back or trauma?

Art therapy by itself or combined with talk therapy is an integrative approach to work through situations that may seem particularly difficult or challenging. Please note, no previous art experience or ability is required.
